I currently don’t have enough memory (32GB) in my 12-core workstation, so occasionally run out of memory when doing OE builds – especially Chromium. It is a fairly frustrating situation as the machine often becomes unresponsive for a long period of time, so seems like this would be a nice solution. (should really just get more RAM too …)
