Rockchip and Qualcomm seem to account for most changes in the ARM space …

Are other companies (NXP, TI, etc) pushing their changes into mainline?

TI and NXP are making changes based on this list of companies contributing. Interestingly Intel and AMD are the top contributors followed by Linaro – perhaps many of the improvements for ARM platforms come through Linaro.

yeah Linaro and intel do quite a bit of general kernel work as well. AMDs has contributed a lot in graphics space recently, so perhaps thats showing up.
